Sabrina Messa, the Canadian visa holder who mocked Charlie Kirk following his assassination, says she has lost her job and will leave the United States on Monday after receiving a removal order.
“I am not fighting the removal order. Neither is my sister. We will be leaving this Monday,” Messa wrote.
Messa also said she had “lost” her job with cause.
She wrote again: “Yesterday, I posted memes about Charlie Kirk that were insensitive and disrespectful to his family. For this I sincerely apologize. My intent was never to cause harm to anyone.I have also uploaded personal photos of myself and my sister and her friends … (1/).
“And her friends standing on the US flag. I am sorry for this as well. It was in poor taste and I fully accept responsibility for this.The response from Americans has shown me that dispute my views, Americans are a kind and proud people (2/).”
