A family in Jackson, Tennessee is urgently searching for 23-year-old Hayden Blair, who has been missing for more than 24 hours.
Hayden was last seen around 9:00 p.m. on February 14, 2026, at his home in South Jackson. Since then, no one has heard from him. According to his family, he never showed up for his shift at the AutoZone Distribution Center in Lexington, TN, and he also failed to meet up to pick up his children — something they say he would never miss.
His sister, Kylie Michelle, shared a desperate message on Facebook asking the community for help. She said the family waited through the night hoping he would return, but he never came home.
What has worried them even more is what they discovered behind his house. Hayden’s phone was found hidden inside the vinyl siding of a shed on the property. His vehicle was still parked at his home.
Hayden is described as 6 feet tall and approximately 145 pounds. His loved ones say this sudden disappearance is completely out of character and they fear something is wrong.
A missing person report has been filed with the Jackson Police Department. His family is pleading with anyone who may have seen him or knows anything to come forward and speak up.
