An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 3-year-old last seen late Friday night in Avondale.
According to the Avondale Police Department, Kehlani Rogers was last seen around 11:30 p.m. on February 20 near Avondale Boulevard and Thomas Road.
Investigators say she is believed to be with a woman who was later identified as 23-year-old Mariana Noriega. She is described to be short in stature with a thin build, brown hair in a ponytail and hazel eyes.
Surprise police announced Saturday evening that Noriega and Rogers were last seen through surveillance footage from a local business, confirmed that Noriega was last seen today in the City of Maricopa.
