VIDEO: Footage showed moment Dayton James Webber climbed up a ladder before incident with Bradrick Michael Wells

A man with no arms or legs who is a professional cornhole player is accused of mu*der.

Fox 5 DC: “Police say [27-year-old Dayton James] Webber was in his Tesla SUV when he shot Wells in the passenger seat. He then pulled over and asked two backseat passengers to help pull Wells out of the car. They refused and got out of the car before calling the police.”

Weber fled the scene and was later arrested at a hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia.

The man is charged with first-degree mu*der, second-degree mu*der and other charges.
