Allegedly a 58-year old pastor and politician named Tshepo Ntsimane was arrested for raping a 12-year-old inside a church office in Dobsonville.
The video is so gruesome in a way that the girl was seriously bleeding.
He was recorded by a woman presumed to be his wife as she also called the police.
Many are believing that uthwele or a member of secret society because no one on their right mind can do such evil to a child.
