According to information, John Coder, is a retired police officer in Jackson.
According to more information, John and Janet were seen verbally assaulting some kids who came fishing. The kids said they only needed fish head to have for lunch and dinner.
During the verbal assault, it turned physical as John damaged some custom items of the kids.
