He is seen throwing little Jayceon, hitting him, and bucking at him.
When Jayceon tried to hide from him while Khalil was on his phone, Jayceon was dragged out of his hiding spot and thrown.
Ciara Foster wrote: “This nigga Khalil Allen. grabbed my baby through him. He got hurt on the toy and then he bucked at my son for crying because he got hurt. I’m so confused. It’s so many emotions going on right now.
“Help this is my son Jayceon he’s 4yrs old he’s autistic and nonverbal and this is his ABA Khalil Allen. This is how he has been treating my son. It’s been brought to my attention from the school. What can I do about this beside? Get him fired.”
