Police say 20-year-old Terrell Gibson opened fire at Azure Estates — killing a man he referred to as family and injuring four others.
Investigators say the shooting started after a fight, when Gibson allegedly asked the victim to bring a gun — then used it to shoot him and others.
Police say he then fled, shot three more people during a carjacking on MLK Jr. Boulevard, and was later stopped on I-95 in St. Lucie County — where they say he confessed.
He now faces first-degree murder, four counts of attempted murder, and armed carjacking.
Information reads: “Dam you called your cousin saying “bring the gun”…. Just to get him over there ,and kill him. The saddest part of the story is the victim just had a newborn daughter that will never get to know him.! (that was one of his last post/pic on his FB page! RIP John Haliburton.”
