New charges have been filed by the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office in the April child abuse case on Wroe Avenue.
Originally, according to court documents, Stephanas Golden, 40, and Heather Pippen, 35, were indicted on the following charges:
One count of Endangering Children
One count of Domestic Violence
One count of Assault
Pippen was also originally charged with three counts of complicity.
According to the Dayton Police Department, Golden is now facing the following updated charges:
Seven counts of Child Endangering
Two counts of Strangulation
Resisting Arrest
Pippen is now facing the following updated charges:
Two counts of Child Endangering
One count of Strangulation
Obstructing Official Business
As previously covered, Dayton Police officers investigated the residents at a home on Wroe Avenue after a social media video went viral and the biological father of one of the children living there filed a report.
