Makede Evans said released a statement of battling with serious mental health.
According to information, she scammed parents of $5K for prom dresses, which made parents protest in Pulaski & North Ave.
Makede Evans wrote: “I want to wholeheartedly apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment I have caused regarding your prom dress. I will not be able to complete your dress. I am experiencing a serious mental health crisis and have made the difficult decision to admit myself into the hospital to receive treatment.
“Once I am well, I am committed to working things out with each of you. Thank you for grace during this difficult time.”
