A female high school student waiting outside ABC School of Driving at State and Lyell in Rochester at 3 p.m. Saturday was picked up by this 58-year-old man, who told her he was the driving instructor.
Rochester police say he raped her, and at arraignment it was stated he is a 9-year employee of the RCSD.
The victim was located by a relative pinging her phone, with the relative on the phone with 911 when the relative found the assailant on Hudson Avenue trying to wrestle the victim back into a car.

An immediate and swarming response by RPD took the assailant into custody.
