Quintin King on the run after he killed a woman, Pinkyy DaBratt, in a Hit-and-Run on I-290 East

Quintin King has admitted he killed Andriuna Guffie in a Hit-and-Run accident, but he didn’t stop to help her.

It was said that Andriuna Guffie stopped her car on I-290 East to help her pregnant cousin, whose car got spoilt.

Information reads: “HE ADMITTED HE KNEW HE HIT SOMETHING—BUT HE DIDN’T THINK IT WAS WORTH STOPPING
Andriuna Guffie, ( Pinkyy DaBratt) was a Mother of two soon to be three. At 2:00 AM on Sunday March 29th 2026, she stopped on I-290 East to help a cousin after a car accident. She was pregnant, she was 29 years old, and she died doing a selfless, good deed.
The driver (Quintin King) who struck her(50 feet in the air) didn’t stop. In his own statement to authorities, he admitted he knew he hit “something” but decided it wasn’t “worth stopping for.”
He left a pregnant woman to die on the side of the highway. He went home. He was arrested hours later with the evidence of his crime in his own driveway. Yet, just days later, he was released on house arrest.
How does a person who knowingly strikes a human being and drives away—admitting he didn’t care enough to stop—get to walk free in his home while we plan a funeral for my niece and her baby?
This is not justice. We are asking the Chicago community to hear her story. We need the State’s Attorney to see that the public is watching. We need true accountability for the lives he stole.
