Two individuals have been arrested in Montgomery in connection to a case involving a child, and the details are still developing.
Breyonne Smith and Robert Sanders IV were both taken into custody on March 25, 2026.
According to court records, the alleged incident dates back to August 2025.
Authorities say Smith is facing multiple serious charges related to the exploitation of a minor, including allegations that illegal activity was recorded.
Sanders is accused of soliciting inappropriate activity involving a child connected to that same incident.
At this time, officials have not released additional court documents, and the investigation remains ongoing.
