Tallahassee woman arrested, accused of sexual battery of a minor
A Tallahassee woman is facing several charges after allegedly groping minors at a pool party, according to arrest documents.
Dal’Toyrea Metz was arrested on Sunday following a pool party at a Tallahassee apartment complex.
According to arrest papers, Metz told several minors she would have sex with them while in the gym at the apartment complex.
A witness said they saw Metz grope two minors, a boy and a girl, over their clothing.
One victim told officers Metz took him into the bathroom and performed oral sex on him. According to arrest documents, the victim told her to stop and tried to leave the bathroom but Metz restrained him in a bathroom stall.
Arrest papers show Metz told officers “she did not believe she engaged in sexual contact with minors.”
An officer said she appeared intoxicated when first speaking with them on scene, according to arrest documents.
Metz is charged with kidnapping, sexual battery of a minor between 12 and 18 years of age, two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation and one county of lewd and lascivious exhibition.
Court records show she was denied bond on Monday.
